What is your mission?

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.

  • Experience (2-3 years) in helping to coach, develop, manage the performance and make key decisions for a team of new hires and existing leaders
  • A history of excellence in their current role
  • With access to a quiet and secured room and at least 30 MBPS internet subscription


Quality Lead (Iloilo)

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/CollegeDegree , any field
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience handling Quality Teams
  • Experience in working in a quality management role
  • Expertise with QA processes, definition documents and scoring guidelines
  • Experience coaching, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metrics
  • Strong Analytical skills; Able to tell a story with data and metrics

Training Lead (Iloilo)

  • Vocational Degree or at least 2 years in College
  • 4 years of experience in BPO or similar environment
  • Minimum of 2 years on a lead/supervisory capacity
  • Experience in conducting Leadership Training and/or Product Specific Training for at least 3 years
  • 3+ years prior experience in developing policies, process documentation, training and communication materials
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Extensive knowledge of analyzing training needs and implementing performance gap analysis
  • Above average English oral and written communication skills is a must
  • Strong Facilitation skills using Adult Learning Theories
  • Ability to design modules catering to all types of learners
  • Ability to measure training results using participant’s Reaction, Learning, Behavior and ROI
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments to identify training opportunities
  • Strong Client liaison skills particularly on Learning and Development
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus
  • Strong computer and software skills
  • Candidates must be willing to work rotating shifts
  • Candidates must be willing to be based in Iloilo City
